This apparatus is used to find out the heat transfer coefficient of vertical cylinder in natural convection.

i. Brass tube vertical cylinder of dia 38mm and 525mm long.
ii. Cylinder enclosed in duct of size 25x25x90cm with stand.
i. Set of Thermocouple - 6 Nos.
ii. Heater - 500 watts.

i. 6 Channel Digital Temp. Indicator range: 0-300oC
ii. Dimmerstat : 0-2A /230V
iii. Mains ON/OFF switch
iv. Digital Watt meter
