Thermal Conductivity of Liquid

This experiment is used to calculate the thermal conductivity of liquid (commercial glycerol).

i. Commercial glycerol filled between the metal plates of dia 170mm.
ii. Guard heater ring
iii. Cooling chamber with water circulation.
iv. Central heat ring.
v. Thermocouple - 6 Nos.

i. 6 Channel Digital Temp. Indicator range: 0-300oC
ii. Dimmerstat : 0-2A / 230V
iii. Mains ON/OFF switch
iv. Digital Watt meter
